Irish CoffeeIngredients: 1.5 fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish whiskey 1 cup hot brewed coffee 1 tablespoon whipped cream 1 dash ground nutmegInstructions: In a coffee mug, combine Irish cream and Irish whiskey. Fill mug with coffee. Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
Rusty NailIngredients: 1 1/2 ounces Scotch 3/4 ounce DrambuieGarnish: Lemon twistInstructions: Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Stir well.
Hot Buttered RumIngredients: 1 stick unsalted butter, softened 2 cups light brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg Pinch ground cloves Pinch salt Bottle dark rum Boiling waterInstructions: In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Refrigerate until almost firm. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture into 12 small mugs. Pour about 3 ounces of rum into each mug (filling about halfway). Top with boiling water (to fill the remaining half), stir well, and serve immediately.
Butter BabyIngredients: 1 oz butterscotch schnapps Fill w/ hot chocolateGarnish: Whipped creamInstructions: Mix butterscotch schnapps with hot chocolate in a coffee mug.
Scotch and LimeIngredients: 3 ounces blended Scotch whiskey 1/2 ounce lime juiceInstructions: Place 2 ice cubes in an Old-Fashioned glass, add the whiskey and lime juice. Stir.
Hot ToddyIngredients: 1 oz brandy, whiskey or rum 1 Tbsp honey 1/4 lemon 1 cup hot water 1 tea bagGarnish: Lemon wedge and cinnamon stickInstructions: Coat the bottom of a mug or an Irish coffee glass with honey. Add the liquor and the juice of the lemon quarter. On the side, heat water in a tea kettle and add the tea bag to make hot tea. Pour the steaming tea into the glass and stir.
MillionaireIngredients: 2 ounces rye whiskey 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier 1 dash grenadine 1 egg whitesInstructions: Shake with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bloody MaryIngredients: 3 ounces tomato juice 1 1/2 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce lemon juice 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce Celery salt Ground pepper Hot pepper sauce to taste Horseradish to taste (optional)Garnish: Celery stalk and lemon and/or lime wedgeInstructions: Build the liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice cubes.
