Berry ThankfulIngredients: 2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream 8-9 raspberries Crushed iceGarnish: Three speared raspberriesInstructions: Place 4-5 raspberries at the bottom of a rocks glass and lightly muddle them. Top with crushed ice. Add Baileys Irish Cream.
Great Pumpkin CocktailIngredients: 2 oz Southampton Pumpkin Ale 1 oz Rittenhouse Bonded Rye Whiskey 1 oz Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy ½ oz Deep Mountain Grade B Maple syrup Whole Egg IceGarnish: Freshly-grated nutmegInstructions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Hot Cinn Apple ToddyIngredients: 1 ½ parts bourbon 1 ½ parts Hiram Walker Original Cinn cinnamon liqueur ½ part fresh lemon juice 1 tsp agave nectarGarnish: Cinnamon stick or a green appleInstructions: Fill glass with hot apple cider. Pour the bourbon, Original Cinn, and lemon juice into a footed mug. Stir well. Fill with hot apple cider.
Whiskey-Cranberry SlushesIngredients:2 cups whiskey, preferably Crown Royal6 cups cranberry juice4 1/2 cups pomegranate juice2 cups orange juiceJuice of 2 limes1 cup sugar1 cup fresh cranberries, dicedGarnish: Mint leavesInstructions: Combine the whiskey, 3 cups cranberry juice, the pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a large, shallow freezer-safe container. Stir well, then cover and freeze until the mixture is icy, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes, 4 to 5 hours.Scrape the frozen mixture with a spoon and divide among glasses, filling them three-quarters of the way. Divide the remaining 3 cups cranberry juice among the glasses and top with the diced cranberries; stir until slushy.
Autumn HarvestIngredients: 2 parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon3/4 parts Heering Cherry Liqueur1 dash Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters2 parts Milk Stout BeerFresh nutmegGarnish: Nutmeg and cherry on topInstructions: Combine Basil Hayden’s, cherry liqueur and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Roll in the milk stout beer. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
Holiday HighballIngredients: 1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream .5 oz iced coffee 1 oz Bulleit Bourbon 1/8 oz 2:1 raw sugar syrup 3 mint sprigsInstructions: Mix coffee and sugar syrup together and set aside. In a highball glass, layer 2 mint sprigs in the bottom of the glass, then top with crushed ice. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream, Bulleit Bourbon, and simple syrup. Swizzle together, leaving the mint at the bottom of the glass. Float coffee on top and garnish with last mint sprig.
Spiced PumpkinIngredients: 2 parts Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka 1 part Irish Cream Splash Half & HalfGarnish: CherryInstructions: Shake with ice, strain into a cinnamon sugar rimmed martini glass.
