The Different Types Of Liquors.
Distilled spirits, also know as hard liquor, are created through a distillation
process that involves the spirit being distilled from fermented grains, fruits,
or vegetables. The alcohol can also be malted, distilled or aged. The
percentage of alcohol in distilled spirits is 25% to 85%.
Vodka
Vodka is clear in form and is distilled to be fresh and clean tasting. Vodka
can also contain added flavors. The biggest drinkers of Vodka are in Russian
and Euro-Asia.

Absinthe is green is and flavored from anise and wormwood. Absinthe is also known by the
nickname the “green fairy.” Absinthe is distilled from wormwood and various herbs. Absinthe is
usually consumed mixed with three to five parts water mixed.

Ouzo
Ouzo is distilled from pomace, the solid remains of grapes, olives and other fruit after pressing.
